KENNETH COLE

Kenneth Cole started his own company in New York City in 1982. The company was originally called Kenneth Cole Production in order to get a permit from the city of New York so that Kenneth Cole could use "production" film crew type trucks on the streets of New York for publicity to advertise his new shoe line. Since those innovative problem solving days Kenneth Cole Production has gone international with a line of accessories including watches, perfume, cologne, sunglasses, ties and so forth. Kenneth Cole has dabbed into the fragrance market with his Black for Men cologne and Black for Women perfume for women becoming two of the highest rated fragrances in their markets.
